How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will ship within two business days. If there are any issues with your order, NZXT will notify you by email and phone. Transit times are based on your location. To request general transit times for your shipment, please get in touch with Customer Support directly.

Once you've received tracking information for your order, you can enter the number into the corresponding carrier website to obtain an ETA:

Do You Ship Worldwide?

Unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide for NZXT Component orders. We only ship to supported regions. The regions we currently support are the following:

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders placed before 10:00 AM PST will ship within two business days. If ordered after 10:00 AM PST, the two business day processing period will begin on the following workday. Once shipped, NZXT will email you a tracking number directly so you can follow your order.

Does NZXT offer Flat Rate Shipping? 

We offer flat rate ground shipping for all products shipped within the Continental United States. These shipments typically are sent via UPS Ground, but we reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods and partners to get the package to your location.

Note: For Alaskan/Hawaiian residents, an increased flat-rate shipping fee will be present, as shipping to these states requires off-shore shipping options and cannot be delivered via ground shippers.

The above times are the approximate shipping arrivals from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse via FedEx Domestic Ground. This map is to be used for estimation and is not a guarantee of shipping arrival time. Please note that our shipping time estimates are based on business days.

When will my Pre-Order Ship?

Thank you for your pre-order of an NZXT product! Pre-orders do not ship immediately after purchase, as the product may not yet be available in our warehouse for shipping. For any product available for pre-order, we will list a time frame for when the product will ship on the product page.

If you have other items in your purchase that are not on pre-order, these will ship within two business days if ordered before 10:00 AM Pacific Time. If you selected express shipping for your order, all items would have the same shipping speed even if sent on separate dates.

Why is my tracking number invalid?

The tracking information is usually posted to your account ahead of shipment time. If you have just received your tracking number, please allow the carrier page to refresh its data within a few hours.

If it has been at least 24 hours since NZXT provided the tracking number and you are still encountering the following error messages:

  1. Page Not Found
  2. Initiated shipment (but non-moving)
  3. Invalid Tracking Number

Please contact our Customer Support Team for assistance with your order. When contacting our team, make sure to have your order number on hand for quick help. 

Can I change my shipping address for my parts order?

Once an order is processed, it is sent immediately to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our Customer Support Team as soon as possible, and we will try our very best to make this change.

Shipping addresses may be possible to change after the item is shipped; our support team can look into making any of these changes on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee address changes for in-transit orders; it is the responsibility of the customer to input the correct address before checkout.

Who is responsible if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
NZXT ships all USA direct-to-consumer orders under Free on Board Destination terms, which means NZXT retains liability for loss or damage to the package during shipment until the package is delivered to your specified delivery address.
