NZXT does not allow orders to be shipped to Freight Forwarding services or addresses. If an order is placed and found to be sent to a Freight Forwarding service, the order will be cancelled by our order processing team.
In the event that your order is cancelled due to a Freight Forwarding address, we will be unable to honor any sales, discounts, or promotions used for the original order.
Why does NZXT not allow shipments to Freight Forwarders?
All packages shipping by NZXT are shipped under Free on Board Destination terms, meaning that NZXT retains liability if the package is lost or damaged during transit until it is delivered to the address provided on the order. This means that we cannot insure the package after it is delivered to a Freight Forwarder and would be unable to assist with any repair or replacement of the shipment in the event of loss or damage.

For NZXT Gaming PCs, we are only able to provide warranty service for the PC in the original service region where the PC is sold. This means that if your PC suffers a failure due to a part defect that is normally covered under warranty while outside of the original sales region we will be unable to provide warranty assistance with replacing the defective component(s) or repairing the PC. If your order is found to have been shipped through a Freight Forwarding service, NZXT reserves the right to void your system warranty. Systems without warranty do not qualify for repair or replacement services through NZXT. |
