When will my order ship?

If your order is placed before 10:00AM PT during normal business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays), your order will generally ship within 2 business days.  If your order is placed outside of this time, your order will begin processing on the next business days.

If you have ordered an NZXT Gaming PC, please note that your order may include additional processing time to account for assembly and testing prior to ship out.  For an accurate estimate of your PC's shipping time, check your Cart page before checkout as shown below:

I received my Gaming Gear before my PC, is this normal?

Gaming Gear (Keyboards, Mice, Audio) as well as Monitors will ship from a separate warehouse and may be ready to ship at the time the order is placed.  Because of this, you may receive part of your order before receiving your Gaming PC.  Once your PC has shipped, you should receive an additional tracking number via email.
