Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing or assembly to be shipped out. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team to request a cancellation as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped, however our support team can assist with setting up a return for any orders that miss the cancellation window.
If you have purchased an NZXT Gaming PC, your cancellation request may not include a full refund for the following reasons:
- If your order has already entered assembly, your refund may not include the Assembly fee (including Blitz Mode).
- If your order has already shipped, your refund may not include the Shipping fee.
