- Tax Exemption Certificate
- W9 Form
- Shipping/Contact Information
All information requested must be provided to approve tax exemption status. Requests made without all required information will be denied by our team. All documents provided must be in .pdf format.
All tax exemption applications are subject to approval by NZXT. NZXT reserves the right to deny any request for tax exemption status.

I placed an order before my Tax Exemption status was approved, can NZXT reimburse or refund the taxes charged?
For tax exempt orders, the exemption must be approved before the order is placed. NZXT is unable to offer any refund or reimbursement of taxes paid on orders made before the exemption status is approved.
