Does NZXT offer tax exemption?

NZXT does offer tax exemption for qualifying orders.  If you are looking to place a tax exempt order, please reach out to our Customer Support team with the following information:

• Tax Exemption Certificate
• W9 Form
• Shipping/Contact Information

All information requested must be provided to approve tax exemption status.  Requests without all required information will be denied.  All documents provided must be in .pdf format.

All tax exemption applications are subject to approval.  NZXT does reserve the right to deny any requests for tax exemption status.

I placed an order before my tax exemption was approved, can NZXT reimburse or refund the tax charged?

For tax exempt orders, the exemption must be approved before the order is placed.  NZXT is unable to offer a refund or reimbursement for taxes paid for orders made before exemption is approved.
