If you have received your order with a missing item, we recommend to do the following:
- Check your Order Confirmation email & tracking link to see if your order is part of a multi-piece shipment.
- If you have ordered a Gaming PC as well Gaming Gear or additional components your order may be sent in multiple packages.
- For packages with multiple items, be sure to check the packing materials as smaller items can be hidden in the packing materials.
If the items are still missing after checking the steps above, please reach out to our Customer Support team as soon as possible. All missing item requests must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reaching out, be sure to include all of the following:
- Your NZXT Order#
- Pictures of the item(s) received
- Pictures of the shipping box(es) from all angles.
Any request outside of the 14-day period listed above may be rejected.
