If you have received your order with a missing item, we recommend to do the following:
- Be sure to check your original tracking link to see if your order is a multi-piece shipment. If you have ordered a Gaming PC or PC case as well as Gaming Gear or other smaller components, your order may be sent as multiple packages.
- For packages with multiple items, be sure to check the packing materials as smaller items can be hidden in the packing materials.
If after checking the above steps you find that there are items missing from your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance. When reaching out, be sure to have the following information ready:
- Your NZXT Order#
- Your package Tracking#(s)
- Pictures of the shipping box and the items received.
