Can I add or remove items from my order before it ships?

Once your Order Confirmation email is sent, you can modify your order within 30 minutes using the Edit or View Your Order link in your email.  Once the modification window closes, you will need to reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Orders cannot be modified once they have shipped, if you need to return an item or order due to a missed modification please reach out to our Customer Support team.
