How do I cancel my subscription?

Just as you can subscribe at any time, you can also cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Fragile account.

Are there any fees when cancelling my subscription?

• There is no cancellation fee ($0)
• Upon cancellation, shipping cost for returning the unit is free ($0).
• If the original packaging was discarded, there may be a fee for new packaging.
• If there is substantial damage to the PC, a fee may be charged.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription.
