A big draw for our Flex subscription service is the ability to cancel your subscription at any time by emailing our team at flex@nzxt.com. Once the cancellation is confirmed we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to your return your PC with, in its original packaging.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Just as you can subscribe at any time, you can also cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Fragile account.
Are there any fees when cancelling my subscription?
- There is no cancellation fee ($0)
- Upon cancellation, shipping cost for returning the unit is free ($0).
- If the original packaging was discarded, there may be a fee for new packaging.
- If there is substantial damage to the PC, a fee may be charged.
- We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining on your subscription.

Will my Setup Fee be refunded for my NZXT Flex Subscription?
If your order is cancelled before your order is processed, you will receive a full refund including the setup fee. If your order has completed processing or has shipped, you will not be eligible for a full refund of the setup fee.
Will I receive a prorated refund when cancelling my NZXT Flex Subscription?
No, all NZXT Flex Subscriptions are on a full-month billing cycle. If you cancel your subscription before the month ends, you will not receive a prorated refund.
How do I repackage my NZXT Flex PC for return?
When returning your NZXT Flex PC, the system should be packed as it was originally shipped from our warehouse. The NZXT Gaming PC packing guide can be found at the link below:

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure the PC is properly packaged prior to shipping the system. Any damage to the product due to improper packaging may result in a damage fee.
What do I do if I no longer have my original box or packaging materials?
If you no longer have your original box or packing materials, please reach out to our team at flex@nzxt.com to request a replacement packaging kit.
In the event that a replacement packing material kit is necessary, you may be charged a replacement packing materials fee.
If your subscription renews because you are waiting on replacement packing materials, you will still be charged if you miss your delivery window. Please consider this if you lose or throw away your packing materials.
What happens if the NZXT Flex Subscription PC is returned damaged?
If the product is returned with severe damage due to improper packaging, gross negligence, or abuse, a damage fee may apply to cover replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping costs. Please ensure you properly repackage the product when returning it to avoid fees.
