Where does NZXT ship Gaming PCs?

For customers located in North America, we are currently able to ship within the United States (not including territories) as well as Canada.  For customers located in Europe, we currently offer shipping to Germany, France, and the United Kingdom.

If you are not in the regions listed above, we are currently unable to ship to your location.  NZXT is always looking to expand to new regions, so keep an eye out for future expansions by checking our social media accounts or check out our NZXT Newsroom & Blog.

Are there any additional Customs fees or duties if I order an NZXT Gaming PC to be shipped to another country such as Canada?

If an NZXT Gaming PC is purchased to be shipped to another country such as Canada, it is very likely that you may be required to pay additional import fees and duties.  You will be required to cover this cost prior to delivery, as this is a legal obligation in your country for the importation of goods.  NZXT does not accept pre-payment or collection of these fees prior to delivery, with the collection being handled by the courier or customs agents.

Shipping times provided at checkout do not include any delays caused by customs or import processes.

Does NZXT offer Expedited or Overnight shipping for Gaming PCs?

During checkout, you will be given the option to select from the various shipping speeds available for your region with Express and Overnight options available for an additional fee.  For customers in Alaska and Hawaii, all shipping methods provided start at the Express level due to Ground Shipping not being available to these locations.

Please note, any estimated shipping times do not include processing and assembly times, nor do they include any import or customs processing times.  All shipping times provided are based on the date of pickup from our warehouse.

Why does NZXT only offer Express Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii?

All NZXT Gaming PC orders within the contiguous United States are able to be shipped with standard Ground shipping.  Unfortunately this is not a shipping option available for Alaska and Hawaii and all Gaming PC orders in Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped with Express Air options.

Do all NZXT Gaming PCs require a signature at delivery?

In order to protect you from package theft, all NZXT Gaming PCs require a direct signature at the time of delivery.  This signature may also require a photo ID be presented at the time of delivery to verify your identity.

For customers in the United States, you can reach out to our Customer Support team to request a package be held at a local Fedex location.

Our team is unable to omit or remove the signature requirement of Gaming PCs.

Why does NZXT ship accessories and Gaming Gear before my Gaming PC has shipped?

If you order a Gaming PC as well as additional Gaming Gear or accessories such as a Mouse, Keyboard, or Headset you may receive these ahead of your Gaming PC shipping.  These items will ship from a different warehouse and will already be available to ship out.  Rest assured, once your PC is ready to ship you will receive a second tracking number via email.  For more information, please check out the article below:

I missed my delivery, can I have my package held at a local Fedex location?

If you missed your delivery, Fedex will attempt re-delivery the following business day.  If the package is not delivered on the third attempt, the package will be re-routed back to NZXT.

If you will not be available during the delivery window, you can request the package be held at a nearby Fedex location using the Fedex Delivery Manager (requires a Fedex account).

Can I use a Freight Forwarder or Forwarding Service to ship my Gaming PC to a different Country or US Territory?

We do not allow the shipment of systems to any freight forwarding services or addresses.  If your transaction is found to be shipped to a freight forwarding address, your order will be immediately cancelled.  This is done for two reasons:

  • We are unable to insure packages that have been handed off to a freight forwarder.  This means that if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged we would be incapable of assisting you with repair, replacement, or recovery of the PC.
  • We are unable to provide warranty service to PCs outside of the service region where the PC is purchased.  This means that if the PC has a failure or defect normally covered under warranty, we would be unable to provide you with assistance.

Does NZXT ship Gaming PCs to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or overseas military addresses?

Our primary shipper, Fedex, is generally not able to complete delivery to PO Boxes, APO, or Overseas Military Addresses.  Because of this, we are unable to ship gaming PCs these types of addresses.

All NZXT Gaming PC orders must be shipped to a standard residential or commercial address capable of receiving shipments from FedEx.

Can I change the shipping address on my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is processed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment warehouse for shipment or assembly.  Because all orders must go through an order verification process, we will be unable to issue any address corrections with the exception of typos or missing apartment/unit numbers.  For any other requests, the order must be cancelled and re-ordered.  It is recommended to confirm your address is as accurate as possible prior to completing checkout.

Can I place an order and have it held to be shipped at a later date?

We currently do not offer any delayed shipment or package hold services.

Who is responsible if my package is lost or damaged during transit?

In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
