What is a refurbished Gaming PC?

NZXT Refurbished Gaming PCs are systems that were previously returned by customers.  These systems may have been returned for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Defective on Arrival
  • Did not meet expectations
  • Buyer's remorse

NZXT is committed to quality, so all returned systems are evaluated and repaired if necessary to make sure they meet our product quality standards.  This process includes a full hardware burn-in test to ensure that the system is functioning within expected parameters.  If a system meets our quality standards following assessment, we list it back on our site with the same 2-year system warranty we offer with our new prebuilt PCs.

Refurbished systems may have minor aesthetic defects, but are guaranteed to be fully functional.

What condition will a refurbished Gaming PC ship in?

We cannot guarantee an exact condition for any given refurbished PC, so some systems may ship with minor cosmetic defects such as light scratches or minor dings.

What is included with a refurbished Gaming PC?

All refurbished Gaming PCs will ship with both a Power Cable and Wireless Antennas (if the system has wireless capabilities).

NZXT does not guarantee the inclusion of other accessories including modular power supply cables, product manuals, sata cables, additional screws, etc.

Why did my refurbished Gaming PC ship separately from my other purchases?

NZXT utilizes multiple warehouses with separate departments and shipping centers.  Due to this, different products (including refurbished Gaming PCs) may ship at separate times depending on availability.  All gaming PCs will ship in their own dedicated box with individual tracking.

Can I make changes to a refurbished Gaming PC prior to checkout?

All refurbished Gaming PCs are sold as-is and cannot be modified prior to checkout.
