How long does it take for my NZXT Gaming PC to be built?

For all NZXT Gaming PCs, we will make every effort to build your PC and ship it within 6 business days if your order is completed by 3:00 PM PT during normal business days (Monday-Friday).  For all other orders, including in-stock prebuilt Gaming PCs these should ship within 3 business days.  This estimate is subject to change depending on order volume at any given time.  For an up-to-date estimate, please check the product page before ordering.

Please keep in mind that the shipping time selected at checkout does not include processing and assembly times.  The shipping speed selected at checkout is how long it takes for the PC to be delivered to you once handed off to the courier.

For our Custom PCs, we do offer expedited assembly through out Blitz Mode service.  When selecting Blitz Mode, once your order has completed processing it will be moved to an expedited assembly queue to be built and quality checked ahead of other orders.  For same-day assembly, your order must be placed before 11:00AM PT during normal business days.  Blitz Mode orders placed during the weekend or on holidays will be assembled the following business day.  For Blitz Mode pricing, please refer to the current pricing listed in the Custom PC Builder.

If I purchase NZXT components separately with my Gaming PC order, will those components be installed?

NZXT is only able to assembly gaming PCs with components that are selected either in the Custom PC Builder or on the Gaming PC product page.  If you purchase a separate component such as a cooler, fan, RGB controller, etc. directly from their product page, these will not be installed as they are not part of the PC configuration process and will be shipped separately.  If you are looking to get certain components installed in your PC, please be sure to select them in the Custom PC Builder.

Can I make changes to my Gaming PC order?

If you need to make any part related changes to your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team within 4 hours of your order being placed.  NZXT will do its best to accommodate requests made within 4 hours of the order being placed, however due to our quick turnaround times we cannot guarantee changes.

Part change requests for high-demand or newly released components may not be honored due to inventory availability.

How do I cancel my Gaming PC order?

In the event that you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our team as soon as possible during our normal business hours listed on our Contact page within 2 hours of the order being placed.

For any orders outside of the 2 hour limit, please note that your refund may be subject to deductions for any services already completed such as Blitz, Assembly, Software installed (i.e. Windows), or Shipping labels.

Does NZXT collect sales tax on Gaming PC orders?

NZXT is legally obligated to charge the appropriate sales tax for your purchase based on the delivery address of the PC, not the billing address for all orders.  For any orders placed in Canada, NZXT does not collect sales tax but you will still be obligated to pay any sales tax or import duties via the courier prior to delivery.

Are there any additional Customs fees or duties if I order an NZXT Gaming PC to be shipped to another country such as Canada?

If an NZXT Gaming PC is purchased to be shipped to another country such as Canada, it is very likely that you may be required to pay additional import fees and duties.  You will be required to cover this cost prior to delivery, as this is a legal obligation in your country for the importation of goods.  NZXT does not accept pre-payment or collection of these fees prior to delivery, with the collection being handled by the courier or customs agents.

Shipping times provided at checkout do not include any delays caused by customs or import processes.

Does NZXT offer financing for Gaming PC orders?

Any currently available financing options will be available at the time of checkout.  For customers within the United States, NZXT has partnered with Affirm to offer secure financing for all Gaming PC orders that allow you to pay off your order over time.  There are no hidden fees or catches, simply select the "Affirm Monthly Payments" option at checkout on the Payment page.

Once selected, you will be redirected to the Affirm application portal to check your eligibility and available financing.  Checking your eligibility will not have any effect on your credit score.  If you are qualified, you will be presented with a number of options as well as your interest rate based on credit.

Financing is not available in all regions, for availability please check the Payment page at checkout.

Does NZXT offer bulk discounts for ordering multiple Gaming PCs?

If you are making a large purchase for a business, school, studio, or other entity such as a government agency please check out our NZXT for Business page for more information.  Our NZXT for Business team will be able to assist with bulk purchases, discounts, and other services.

Why was my order canceled?

At NZXT, we value the security and safety of our customers highly and have taken measures to protect customers from unapproved or potentially unauthorized purchases.  When our system identifies an order that may be fraudulent, the system will automatically cancel the order and an automated message will be sent out indicating that the transaction has been voided.

Once a transaction is voided, it can take up to 3 business days for the pending transaction to be removed from your form of payment.  If your payment was captured prior to cancelation, this can extend the return time to up to 10 business days.
