After your order is confirmed you and created in our system you may receive a notification email with a tracking number that shows as invalid or not found in the courier's website.
This occurs because the tracking number will be generated when the package is being prepared to ship out, but before the package is picked up by the courier. Once a tracking number is generated it can take a few hours for the data to fully appear in the courier's system.
If it has been at least one (1) business day since the tracking number was provided and you are still encountering an error message, please reach out to our Customer Support so that we can take a further look into the issue.
