Gaming PCs - 14 calendar days from Date of Delivery
NZXT Components & Gaming Gear - 30 calendar days from Date of Delivery
Refurbished Gaming PCs & Components - All sales final, replacement/repair only.

NZXT is not able to provide refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers.
