When an order is created in our system, you may receive a notification with a tracking number that shows invalid or not found in on the courier's website. This is because the tracking number will be generated while the package is being prepared to ship out and has not yet been picked up by the courier. If you have just received your tracking number, this tracking page may take up to 1 business day to update.
If it has been at least two (2) business days since the tracking number was provided and you are still encountering an error message, please reach out to our Customer Support team so that we can investigate the issue.
When reaching out to our Support team, please have your Order# on hand to provide to the agent. This can be provided in your initial contact (Live Chat or Ticket) or during your call (Phone Support).
