If you received the wrong item(s) in your order, please notify our Customer Support as soon as possible. All wrong items requests must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reaching out, please be sure to include all of the following:
- Your NZXT Order#
- Pictures of the item(s) received
- Pictures of the shipping box(es) from all angles.
Any request outside of the 14-day period listed above may be rejected. In the event of an incorrect part being sent out, our team may need to receive the part first in order to have a corrected replacement shipped out.
