Depending on the product purchased, you will need to make your return request within a certain amount of time after your order is delivered. Any requests made after this time will be denied by our team.

What is an RMA?
Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA is a an approval to send in a product for refund, replacement, or repair. Before any products are sent in to NZXT, the return must be approved and an RMA# is issued.
Any items returned without an RMA may be returned or disposed of at NZXT's discretion. NZXT is not responsible for lost or damaged items received without a valid RMA#.
What is required for an RMA?
Prior to approval, you may be required to remotely troubleshoot your issue with our Technical Support team to determine the necessary action(s) for the RMA process. This includes but is not limited to:
- Confirming proper connection/installation of the device.
- Providing error codes, crash logs, etc. from the operating system or device.
- Reinstallation of drivers and software.
