We understand that sometimes something may not be a perfect fit for your build or you may have changed your mind. In the event that you do need to request a return, please reach out to our Customer Support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA.
Any items returned for refund must be returned as complete, including the original product packaging and accessories. Any items returned with missing parts may be rejected and returned as-is.
For Refurbished items, these are sold as-is and all sales are final. If you receive the wrong product, please report this within 14 days to our Customer Support team.
How long is NZXT's return policy?
For all NZXT Component and Gaming Gear orders, we offer a 30-day return policy covering refund or replacement.
For NZXT Gaming PCs, we offer a 14-day return policy for refunds. All NZXT Gaming PCs also carry a 2-year Limited Warranty covering any defective part or labor issues.
