What is a Business Day? |
Business Days, also known as work days are non-holiday weekdays (Monday-Friday) where we are in operation. All work estimates provided by NZXT will be in business days unless explicitly stated otherwise and are counted from the date following the order being placed. This means that if a PC is ordered on a Friday, your first business day will be the following Monday so long as that day is not a holiday. |

Why can it take so long for an order to ship?
While we strive to get your PC shipped within 2 Business Days, there are some situations where the order may take longer than normal. These situations include recent federal holidays, sales, or unforeseen delays. All NZXT Gaming PCs are put through a full quality control check and burn-in prior to packaging to ensure a great unboxing and gaming experience upon delivery.
I paid for Overnight shipping, why is it taking longer?
All shipping terms selected at checkout do not include processing time. For example, if you place an order with Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) on July 26th with a Ships by July 31st time, the system will ship with Overnight Shipping on July 31st.
