This article will cover any questions you may have regarding ordering or payment for the NZXT Flex subscription program. If you have any questions not covered by this article, please check out the guides linked below:
Am I paying for my subscription before I receive the product?
Payment is captured at the time of subscription approval which will happen before the PC is received.
Your subscription will officially begin on the day your order is delivered, which will be the start of your first billing cycle. Future subscription payments will continue from that date. You are not charged for the time between placing your order and receiving the product.
Are there eligibility requirements to subscribe to NZXT Flex?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
As part of our verification process, we will require a valid government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity. This helps ensure the security of our service and protect our community of subscribers.
You must reside within the contiguous 48 states of the United States as we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or locations outside of the United States.
What fees can I expect as a subscriber?
NZXT Flex is a month-to-month service with no cancellation or return fees. A one-time setup fee is required to start your subscription.
If you no longer have the original packaging when cancelling or returning your Flex Gaming PC, there may be a fee to provide replacement packaging.
Additionally, if the product is returned with significant damage caused by improper packaging, negligence, or abuse, a damage fee may be applied to cover the cost of replacement parts, repair labor, or shipping. To avoid these fees, please ensure your product is properly packaged for its return.
Will the application process impact my credit?
No. The order review step, a common process for high-value products, does not impact your credit score. Although we may do a soft credit check as part of the verification process, this will not impact your credit score.

If your order is still declined, it is likely that due to our assessment of standard risk factors (a common practice for high-value products). As stated in our Subscription Agreement, we reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time.
