We want to be transparent about a recent change to pricing on NZXT.com: the cost of GPUs used in our gaming PCs has risen sharply and suddenly, with prices from our suppliers increasing as much as 36%.  As a result of these price increases, prices for any affected NZXT Gaming PCs have increased between 5 to 11% depending on the system.

Why are GPU prices increasing?

Modern graphics cards (also called GPUs) rely on specialized high-speed memory (VRAM), the cost of which has risen significantly as demand for memory chips has outpaced available supply.

This increase not only affects gaming PCs, but the broader PC hardware industry in the United States and worldwide.  Ongoing tracking of U.S. graphics card prices by Tom's Hardware shows nearly every current Nvidia, AMD, and Intel graphics card selling well above its original launch price.  This gap is attributed to suppliers prioritizing large, high-margin AI data center orders over consumer graphics memory.

TechSpot's July 2026 pricing analysis similarly found that U.S. shoppers are paying some of the steepest markups worldwide, with popular models selling well above their MSRP as GPU makers pass along higher memory costs.  When these core component costs rise, the price PC builders pay for a complete graphics card rises as well.

How much are NZXT prices changing?

The exact change will depend on the PC tier and Flex Subscription plan.  PC purchases and NZXT Flex Subscription pricing has increased by approximately 5-11%

While some of our graphics card supplier costs have increased by as much as 36%, we have worked to limit the impact on the final price of a complete PC.  These changes reflect the higher cost of the parts inside of each affected system, rather than a change to the system's performance or included hardware.
