How does the NZXT Flex Subscription Program work?
NZXT Flex allows you to pay a monthly fee for your gaming PC without committing to a large upfront purchase or committing to purchase the PC through a payment schedule. You can cancel whenever you'd like and return the PC with no hidden fees. We will even provide you with a prepaid shipping label so that you can return the PC with the original packing materials.
What are the benefit of subscribing over buying a PC?
There are several benefits to using our Flex subscription service over buying a PC, with a few in particular that may stand out including:
- Quick access to an NZXT Gaming PC without having to pay a large sum of money up front or committing to a large purchase over time.
- No long term commitment or hidden fees, if you decide that the PC is not a good fit simply cancel the subscription and return the PC using the original packing materials and a prepaid shipping label.
- Unlimited-term warranty assistance covering any hardware issues with the PC for the duration of your subscription.
- Quick and easy access to future upgrades when they become available.
How is an NZXT Flex Subscription different from "Buy Now, Pay Later"?
With financing services (i.e. "Buy Now, Pay Later" by Affirm, Klarna, etc.), you're ultimately committed to a purchase spread out over a period of time and are responsible for making payment until the purchase is fully paid off.
With an NZXT Flex subscription, you truly have the freedom and flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time and enjoy extended benefits not included with financing a PC such as a subscription lifetime warranty, regular refresh upgrades, and more.
I really enjoy my subscription PC, can I choose to buy it?
The NZXT Flex subscription service is not a rent-to-own program, as this service also includes additional warranty service and upgrade paths traditionally not found in a rent-to-own or lease-to-own program. What do I receive with the NZXT Flex Subscription?
You will receive a new or like-new NZXT Gaming PC according to the NZXT Flex subscription you choose.
Are any peripherals or accessories included with the subscription PC, such as a mouse, keyboard, monitor(s), headset, etc.?
Subscription PCs will not include an additional accessories or peripherals out of the box. This allows you to either use any peripherals you may already have on hand or pick out hardware that best fits your needs. NZXT also has a wide offering of various peripherals as shown below:
What PCs are available through the subscription service?
During our initial run only the Player: Two PC was available at launch. Due to the high interest and satisfaction shown during this initial run, we've now expanded our offerings to include the Player: One and Player: Three prebuilt PCs as well. As an NZXT Flex subscriber, you can expect more options to be added in the future, including both PCs and customizations.
Additionally, subscribers also get access to regular refresh upgrades based on the NZXT Flex subscription chosen (i.e. every 1 year, 2 years, ...)
Can I upgrade, change or add parts to my subscription PC?
For all PCs subscribed through this service, you will not be permitted to upgrade, change, add, or remove any components from the PC. If you run into any issues such as a hardware failure, please reach out to our support team.
Do I have full administrator control over the subscription PC? Are there any restrictions for installing software?
All systems will be shipped ready to go out of the box and will prompt you to create your account at first boot. This will be your administrator account and will allow you to install and update drivers, software, etc.
How long is the warranty my Gaming PC w/ NZXT Flex?
All Gaming PCs offered through NZXT Flex carry a lifetime warranty so long as you have an active subscription. If you run into any issues with your PC, please reach out to our team at flex@nzxt.com.
What countries is the Flex subscription service available for?
Currently we are only offering the subscription service throughout the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)).
How do I cancel my NZXT Flex subscription? Are there any cancellation fees?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your NZXT Flex subscription, please reach out to our team at flex@nzxt.com to request a cancellation. Once we receive your request, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label on us to return your PC. Once we have received and processed the PC, you'll no longer be charged starting the following month. You can cancel any time with no questions asked and no hidden fees.

Am I required to keep the box? What if I lose the shipping box?
We do request that you keep the box and any related packing materials for your rental PC for the duration of your subscription. If you no longer have the original box and/or packing materials and need to return your product or receive warranty service, you may be charged a fee for the replacement packing materials.
What do I do if my PC was stolen?
In the event that your PC is stolen, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help in whatever ways we can. You will be responsible for a $300-1000 deductible (depending on which NZXT Flex subscription you selected, as well as how long you've been subscribed), as well as obtaining a police report before we will be able to replace your PC.
