During startup, you may encounter an issue where the CAM software gets stuck on a white screen or may be stuck at an infinite loading bar. This error is generally triggered by a corrupted settings file or profile.
This issue can be fixed by resetting your CAM settings or deleting the CAM user data folder:
- Close the CAM software from the task tray (Right-click > Exit NZXT CAM> or end the process via the Task Manager.
- Open your AppData/Roaming folder:
- Press Windows+R and type %AppData% in the Run Dialog, then press Enter.
- Open a File Explorer window and type %AppData% in the top address bar, then press Enter.
Reset Settings
To reset your CAM Settings, do the following:
- Open the NZXT CAM folder
- Right-click the Settings.json file and choose Delete
- Re-launch the CAM software
Wipe all Settings and Profiles
To completely wipe your CAM Settings and Profiles, do the follow:
- Right-click the NZXT CAM folder and choose Delete
- Re-launch the CAM software
