Does NZXT CAM collect data and report data, and can I disable it?

NZXT CAM collects and sends anonymized usage data from the software while connected online.  This usage data includes information such as what lighting modes are used, fan curves, and other data to help guide improvements for the software.

If you would prefer to not send any usage data, you can disable data collection and reporting by opening the ⚙ Settings menu in the bottom-left corner and un-ticking the Allow NZXT CAM to collect, report, and analyze information... checkbox in the Privacy section of the General panel.
