All NZXT components sold as new directly by NZXT or through our authorized retail partners are covered under our Global Warranty.  Please note, certain regional restrictions may apply.

The NZXT Global Warranty covers your NZXT product in the event of a fault or malfunction within the product caused by a defective component or misassembly at the factory.

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Wear and tear
• Issues caused by neglect or misuse of the product
• Issues caused by external third-party components
• Modification
• Accidental Damage
• Acts of Nature

***Does not apply to the NZXT N7 Z370 and N7 Z390 Series motherboards, these motherboards instead carry a 4-year extended warranty.

I want to return my NZXT product for a refund, what is your refund policy?

If you purchased a new NZXT product directly from NZXT.com, we offer a 30-day return policy on all component products (not including Gaming PCs).  For refund assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

For any NZXT products purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Newegg, Best Buy, etc.) please reach out to the original retailer.
