All new Gaming PCs sold by NZXT are covered under our 2-Year Limited Warranty. Our Warranty covers your PC in the event of the following:
- If your PC was damaged in transit to you.
- If you experience any issues of defect which can manifest within the warranty period.
- Issues or defects caused by improper assembly by NZXT.

A defect refers to a fault or flaw in a component that prevents it from functioning as intended or meeting specification, specifically one caused by an issue of manufacturing. Issues of defect do not include wear over time, issues caused by improper or unsupported use (i.e. overclocking, cryptomining, etc.), accidental damage, acts of nature, etc. |
