If you've come here looking for the NZXT Starter, Streaming, or Creator PCs then you may be surprised to see that they appear to be missing. The good news is that they are still here, however we have recently updated our lineup and given them new names.
If you want to know how the new lineup compares to the previous ones, the breakdown is:
Starter Series > Player: One
Streaming Series > Player: Two
Creator Series > Player: Three
If you're wondering which PC is best for you, we have a handy guide for exactly that:
Which NZXT Gaming PC is best for me?
What happened to the Plus and Pro versions?
Along with the name update we've also cleaned up the tiers from three to two to include a standard and a Prime version to pick from. With this, our hope is to not only make picking your ideal PC as easy as possible but also provide optimal specs no matter which tier you are looking at.
I bought one of the previous PCs, is anything going to change with my warranty?
If you have one of our previously offered systems, nothing has changed with your warranty. You will still have the same 2-year Parts & Labor coverage as before.
I bought a Starter Pro PC last month, can I get the Player: One Prime Instead?
While the Player: One Prime has replaced the Starter Pro, these are still two different systems. Due to this, we will not be offering the ability to trade in or upgrade the previous generation systems to newer revisions.
