Is the Mesh Panel for the H510 Flow compatible with the H510 Elite?

The front Mesh panel for the H510 Flow is compatible with the H510 Elite case and vice-versa.

Can I purchase the front Mesh Panel for the H510 Flow separately for my H510 Elite?

Our inventory of these replacement panels is limited, however any available inventory will be listed on our PC Parts and Accessories page found here:  NZXT Store - PC Parts and Accessories

I broke the Tempered Glass on my H510 series case, can I purchase another?

Our inventory of these replacement panels is limited, with any available inventory being listed on our PC Parts and Accessories page.

I purchased an H510 Series case and it arrived with broken glass, can I get a replacement under warranty?

If you receive an H510 case with a broken glass panel, please reach out to the retailer where the case was purchased for a replacement of the broken case.  If the case was purchased directly from NZXT, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.

How long of a riser cable do I need to use the built-in Vertical GPU mount in the H510i or H510 Elite?

We recommend a 200mm long riser cable with a right-angle connector.  While straight connectors can still work with the case, they may not offer a clean look and can get in the way.  A compatible recommendation would be the NZXT PCIe Riser Cable which not only has a right-angle connector and sufficient length, but also supports up to PCIe 4.0 x16 add-in cards.

Are any models of the H510 series compatible with the NZXT Vertical GPU Mounting Kit?

Because the expansion slots on the rear of the H510 Elite are separated, it is not compatible with the NZXT Vertical GPU Mounting Kit.  If you are looking for a compact case which will be compatible with the Vertical GPU Mounting Kit, we would suggest taking a look at the updated H5 Series.

What is the maximum thickness for a vertical mounted GPU in the H510 series?

The maximum recommended thickness for any vertical mounted GPU in the H510 series is 2 slots.  Thicker cards may experience restricted airflow or may come into contact with the side glass.

Do the H510 or H510 Flow support vertical GPU mounting?

Only the H510i and H510 Elite cases include an integrated Vertical GPU mount.  Because of this, the base model H510 and H510 Flow do not support Vertical GPU mounting.

Is a USB 3.1 Gen 2 connector required to be able to use the USB Type-C connector on the H510 series?

All NZXT cases with an external (top or front mounted) USB Type-C connector will require a USB 3.1 Gen 2 connector on your motherboard.  While some competing cases may use the older USB 3.0 or 3.1 Gen 1 connection either natively or via an adapter, we wanted to provide the best experience for users looking to get the full transfer rates that can only be achieved with the Gen 2 standard.

While there are third-party adapters that can be used to adapt the USB 3.1 Gen 2 connector to the older standard, these are not recommended and not supported by NZXT due to stability and performance concerns.

Is the NZXT CAM software required for the H510 Series of cases?

The NZXT CAM software offers a great suite of PC monitoring tools, as well as the ability to control various features on our NZXT products.  If you are using the H510i or H510 Elite case, the NZXT CAM software will be required to control the included Smart Device V2 RGB & Fan Controller.

These cases can be used without the NZXT CAM software, however the controller will only operate in default mode which may not be pleasing to all users.  Default mode will set all fans to a high duty cycle (80-100%) and all RGB components to pure white (RGB 255,255,255).

Does the H510 or H510 Flow include a Smart Device V2 RGB & Fan Controller?

The Smart Device V2 controller is only included with the H510 Elite and H510i cases and is not included with the base or Flow models.

How many fans are included with the H510 series cases?

The number of fans included with the H510 series will vary based on the model of the case.

Model Name Included Fans
H510, H510i, and H510 Flow

Two (2) Aer F 120mm Fans (Case Version)

H510 Elite Two (2) Aer RGB 2 140mm Fans
One (1) Aer F 120mm (Case Version)
One (1) Aer F 140mm (Case Version)

Can I install additional RGB fans in the H510 Elite?

Yes!  The H510 Elite's included Aer F fans can be replaced with their Aer RGB 2 equivalents.  This will require some additional re-routing of the fan cables.  For more information, please see the guide found here:

NZXT Support - Adding Additional RGB Fans to the H510 Elite

How many radiators can be installed inside of the H510 series cases?

All H510 series cases can comfortably fit most 120mm, 140mm, 240mm, and 280mm radiators mounted to the front of the case, or a single 120mm radiator mounted to the rear of the case.  It is not recommended to mount a 120mm or 140mm radiator to the top of the case, as this may result in excessive vibrations or may make accessing components in your PC difficult.

How often should I clean the included dust filters?

It is recommended to clean all dust filters on your PC often, usually every 30 to 60 days in order to maintain proper performance for your PC.  If you live in a dusty or arid climate or have any pets, it is recommended to clean the filters every 30 days.

To clean the filters, remove them from the case and brush any collected dust off of the filters.  If you notice any caked or stuck dust, you can run the filters under a sink and scrub the filters clean.  Allow the filters to dry completely before re-attaching them to the case.

Can I purchase parts for the NZXT CRFT H510 cases to upgrade my existing H510 case?

Many of our CRFT series cases include extensive modification and/or paint work to best reflect the theme of the case.  Due to this custom work as well as the extremely limited nature of these cases, we are unable to provide these parts as standalone spare parts for purchase.
