If you encounter a problem with our CAM software, such as a bug, you may need to report this to our Customer Service team for further investigation.
This is fairly easy and can be done within our CAM software if you are able to open CAM. This can be done by going to Settings -> Feedback. This was shown in the GIF below.
When reporting a bug in CAM, make sure to provide your email address, then in high detail describe your issue. We need info on how often it occurs, when it occurs, and detailed reproduction steps. If the issue is extremely complex upload a video of the problem to a hosting service like YouTube or Google Drive and provides the link in the description. Lastly, make sure to check the ticker at the end to provide log files as this will help us as well with the investigation.
Now if CAM is having problems with being started, you can still submit a bug report directly to our Customer Service Team. We need to manually obtain the logs from CAM, these can be found in the folder locations below.

If you are having trouble navigating to these locations, you can access this folder by typing %appdata% into your windows search bar and press enter. Once you have all the log files that you can find in this folder, make sure to provide info on how often it occurs, when it occurs, and detailed reproduction steps. If the issue is extremely complex upload a video of the problem to a hosting service like YouTube or Google Drive, then link in the description of your ticket the video. Then submit the ticket to our Customer Service Team.
