I cannot log into my NZXT Account, how do I reset my password?

If you are having issues logging into your NZXT account, please try logging in directly through the website at the link shown below.

If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking the link shown below:

When setting your password, make sure that it falls within the following rules:

  • The password can only contain alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9)
  • The password cannot include any special characters (!@#$% etc.)
  • The password must contain at least one capital letter and one lowercase letter
  • The password must contain at least one number
  • Must be at least 8 characters long, and no more than 16 characters.

If you are still experiencing issues logging into your NZXT Account, please contact our Customer Support team.

Please note:  Accounts used for the NZXT website are different from accounts used on our Customer Support page, please make sure that you are using the correct login information for each page.

I cannot log into the NZXT CAM Software, how do I fix this?

As of CAM version 4.50.0 released earlier this year, the CAM software no longer features any NZXT account related features.  Because of this, it is no longer possible to log into the NZXT CAM Software.  Please update to the latest version of the NZXT CAM software found at the link below:

How I can I delete my NZXT Account?

If you would like to delete your NZXT Account, please submit a ticket with our Customer Support team with your request.  Please be sure to include all email addresses associated with your account(s) that you would like to have deleted.  Please allow up to 30 days for your account to be permanently deleted.
