I Can't Log Into My NZXT Account

If you are having login issues with your NZXT account, please verify your password meets the appropriate requirements:

• Can only contain letters or numbers.
• Must have at least one number.
• Must have one capital letter.
• Must be at least 8 characters long.

If your password does meet these requirements, try resetting it here.

If you are still experiencing trouble logging into your NZXT Account, please contact our Customer Support Team.

Please Delete My Account

If you would like to delete your NZXT or CAM Account, simply submit a ticket with our Customer Support Team or send us an email at privacy@nzxt.com. We would be more than happy to assist you with this. Please allow up to 7 days for your account to be permanently deleted. Thank you!

Do You Guys Offer Financing?

We sure do! NZXT has teamed up with Affirm to offer secure financing, allowing you to pay off your purchase over time. There are no hidden fees or catches and it is easy to set up.

Simply select "affirm monthly payments" upon checkout on the Payment Method page. You will then be directed to Affirm's website where you will have to fill out some information in order for the system to check your eligibility and to determine your payment method options. Checking your eligibility will not have any effect on your credit score! If you are qualified, you will have the option to choose from a 3, 6, or 12-month payment plan. Interest rates and plans will differentiate based on your credit.

Here's a quick step-by-step guide on how to access the Affirm financing page:

1) Add the product(s) to your shopping cart and press CONTINUE once you are ready to check out.

2) Fill out your contact and shipping information.

3) Choose your preferred shipping method.

4) Once you get to the Payment method page, select the Affirm option to apply for financing.
