All NZXT shipments valued at $500 USD or more are shipped with Direct Signature Required at the time of delivery. This is a requirement for any high-value items shipped through our courier partner (Fedex). This helps ensure that your package is safely delivered to you and protect you from theft or fraud.
Direct Signature Required means that an individual must be present at the delivery address to sign for and accept the package.
Can I waive the signature requirement?
Due to the courier's policy, we are unable to waive the Direct Signature Required option for high value products such as Gaming PCs.
What happens if nobody is available to sign?
If the courier is unable to obtain a signature at the time of delivery, they will re-attempt delivery on the following business day. If there are issues that would prevent delivery, a door tag may be left with instructions to pick up the package at a local facility.
Can I request the package be held at a facility?
If you will not be available to sign for the package, you can reach out to our Customer Support team to request the package be held at a local courier facility. This request must be made after the package has shipped (tracking number generated and picked up by the courier). A photo ID will be required to pick up a package from a local facility.
