Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs fees, VAT, import duties, or other related fees at the discretion of your local customs office. NZXT does not cover or reimburse the cost of customs fees, as these are your legal obligation to your country for the importation of goods. We are also unable to accept pre-payment from a customer for customs fees. These will need to be directly paid to the courier and/or customs office by you (the customer) when requested. Our shipping times do not include any delays caused by the customs process
