The Kraken Plus (2025) is not compatible with AMD Ryzen Threadripper™ processors, or any processors using the associated sockets (TR4, sTRX4, sRWX8, STR5) such as the AMD EPYC™ server processor family.
Previous Asetek-based Kraken coolers were compatible with TR sockets through a compatible bracket included with select AMD Ryzen Threadripper™ CPUs. This bracket is not compatible the Kraken Plus (2025).
