Depending on the thickness of your radiator and fans, you may be able to do a push-pull configuration with a 360 mm radiator, but not with a 420 mm radiator.
The H9 Flow can support a total combined top radiator and fan thickness of 80 mm when using a 360 mm radiator or a total thickness of 62 mm when using a 420 mm radiator.
