While the user's manual states that the F_PANEL connector uses the Intel Standard Front Panel connector, this connector layout has been adopted by most motherboard manufacturers for both Intel and AMD motherboards.

What is the Intel Standard Front Panel (F_PANEL)?

The Intel Standard Front Panel (F_PANEL) header is a 9-pin arrangement split between a row of 4 and 5 pins located in a 2x5 block. This layout standardizes and simplifies what had for years been a confusing way of connecting the Front Panel connectors for a PC case into an easy to connect single-cable solution.

On some motherboards, this layout may be integrated as part of a larger Front Panel group, such as the layout above seen on many Gigabyte motherboards.

My motherboard uses a different layout, is there an adapter I can use?

We do not have an official adapter available for connecting to older motherboards or motherboards that use a non-standard layout. Many third-parties however do have adapters available in the form of Front Panel Extensions which can break-out the F_PANEL header into component wires as shown above.
