I purchased an NZXT case that came with a broken or damaged side panel, do I need to pay for a replacement?
If you purchased a new NZXT case from a qualified retailer and received it with damage, we would recommend to first reach out to the retailer to request a replacement of the case as a whole.
If a replacement is not available, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
End-of-Life Panel Availability
Once a product is no longer in production (also known as End-of-Life or Legacy Products), we will no longer receive replacement parts for the product. For End-of-Life products, once inventory is depleted we will be unable to provide any further replacements.
End-of-Life cases include, but are not limited to:
- NZXT S340 Elite
- NZXT H200/H200i
- NZXT H400/H400i
- NZXT H500/H500i
- NZXT H700/H700i
- NZXT H440
- NZXT Switch Switch
- NZXT Phantom Series
Special Note regarding CRFT Cases
CRFT cases are Limited Edition, serialized cases that are only available for a limited time. Because of their limited nature, we are not able to offer CRFT specific panels to customer outside of warranty purposes.
Once inventory for a CRFT exclusive panel is depleted, any replacements offered may be from the base version of the case.
