Is the NZXT CAM software required for the Capsule Elite?

The NZXT CAM software is not required to use the Capsule Elite, however it is recommended as many advanced functions of the Capsule Elite are unlocked by the CAM software.  This includes features such as lighting adjustments, EQ, and various advanced audio settings including Low Pass and High Pass filter settings, Noise Suppression, etc.
