Due to a bug with CAM Update 4.76.0, user profiles may have been reset to defaults. This guide covers the steps necessary to recover your settings from CAM version 4.75.7 and import them to version 4.76.1.

This guide is specific to an issue in the 4.76.0 update. This issue was resolved with update version 4.76.1, with this guide provided for those who experienced issues with the original update. This guide will reset your settings to the pre-update state. If you have changed any settings after the 4.76.0 update they will be reverted to their pre-update state. |
Retrieving your Profile
All profile backups are saved to your CAM AppData Folder, which can be imported manually by doing the following:
- In the CAM software, click the ⚙ Settings option in the bottom-left corner of the window
- In the General section, scroll to Settings Backup and click the Import button
- At the top of the Open window, click the Address Bar and paste the following directory:
- %AppData%\NZXT CAM\DataStorage\4.75.7\
- If the 4.75.7 folder is not present, use the latest 4.75.x folder. Do not use the 4.76.0 folder.
- Select 4.75.7_backup.json and click Open
- Confirm the backup, then re-launch CAM
