How long does it take for my keyboard to be assembled and shipped?

All custom mechanical keyboard orders are generally built within two (2) business days, then shipped out to you.  Once shipped, your keyboard's arrival will be based on the shipping speed selected at checkout.

Please note:  Due to availability and processing times, some orders may require additional time for assembly.

If I select Blitz Assembly for my Custom PC and have a custom Keyboard in my cart, will my keyboard ship with my PC?

We currently do not offer Blitz Assembly service for custom Keyboards at this time.  Your PC will still be assembled and shipped using the Blitz service, however any custom keyboards will have the same standard assembly time of two (2) business days.

Can I make additional customizations not listed on the BLD configurator, such as cable length, custom keycaps, unlisted switches, etc.?

Our customization options for keyboards will be limited to the options listed in the configurator.  Due to this, we will be unable to do any customizations such as alternative switches or keycaps outside of what is already listed in the configurator.
