Sorry to hear about this issue! Unfortunately, errors can occur in production, and sometimes screws, cables, and other components can be missing from your included packaging.
When this happens with any new products, we will gladly assist our customers with replacing any missing components from their original packaging. To get assistance with this, please submit a ticket here.
When submitting a ticket, please have the following information filled out in the ticket form so we can quickly handle your request.
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Full Shipping Address
- Postal Code
Please also select the product from the drop-down box and make sure to provide a detailed description of what component is missing. If you are having trouble describing the missing part, take photos of it in the manual or provide screenshots from our website.
