When will my Pre-Order Ship?

Thank you for your pre-order of an NZXT product! Pre-orders do not ship immediately after purchase, as the product may not yet be available in our warehouse for shipping. For any product available for pre-order, we will list a time frame for when the product will ship on the product page.

If you have other items in your purchase that are not on pre-order, these will ship within two business days if ordered before 10:00 AM Pacific Time. If you selected express shipping for your order, all items will have the same shipping speed even if sent on separate dates.
