Our Kraken coolers do require CAM in order to fully operate properly, this is for a few reasons. All functions that CAM can handle, such as RGB effects, pump control, or fan control. When CAM is not running these functions are completely uncontrolled and will either run on the last known settings, or on the default settings.
There are some differences between each of these products in terms of CAM control detailed below.
Note: The Kraken 120 requires an NZXT RGB Controller or 3rd Party RGB header for controllability of the Infinity Mirror. The Kraken 120 does not require NZXT CAM if the 3rd Party RGB header is used.
