We will make every reasonable effort to ship within two business days if your purchase is completed by 3:00 pm Pacific. Orders completed after 3:00 pm Pacific will be shipped within three business days. You can read the complete BLD Shipping Policy here.

All of our custom gaming PC's are fully built and set up within 48 hours on normal workdays from Monday to Friday if ordered before 3PM PST. If your order was placed after 3PM PST, the 48 hour assembly period begins on the following business day.
In a hurry? We do offer "Blitz mode" which is same-day build and ship. This does not mean that it will expedite the method of shipping. Blitz mode is specifically only to speed up the build time from 48 hours to same day build time. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose upon checkout.

Absolutely! Changes can be made to a system without interruption in the assembly time within 2 hours of your purchase being made during normal workdays from Monday to Friday.
If you request a change to your order after 2 hours we will gladly try to accommodate you but may not be able to maintain the 48 hour assembly time systems are usually built within. If you do make a change after 2 hours we will likely have to rebuild the system which will could cause an additional delay.

Yes, you can! Your order can be canceled within 2 hours during our normal business hours (8AM-8PM PST) from Monday to Friday. If more than 2 hours have passed and you would still like to cancel your order, we may have to charge a 5% restocking fee.

Currently, we do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. We are actively looking to grow the regions we support, but we do not have a schedule for when we will be expanding our service outside North America.
All BLD orders within the contiguous United States are shipped Ground service. To ensure the best possible service, Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped expedited. Customers living in Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the difference between ground and expedited service.
BLD does not currently sell systems outside of the United States and Canada. If you purchased your BLD system in the United States or Canada but now live outside of these regions and require repair, you will be responsible for all charges relating to shipping. We do not support freight forwarding at this time.
BLD by NZXT has teamed up with Affirm to offer secure financing, allowing you to pay off your gaming PC over time. There are no hidden fees or catches. Simply select "affirm monthly payments" upon checkout. This will be available on the Payment Method page. It will then redirect you to Affirm's website where you will have to fill out information to check your eligibility and to determine your payment method options. Checking your eligibility will not have any effect on your credit score. If you are qualified, you will have the option to choose from a 3, 6 or 12-month payment plan. Interest rates and plans will differentiate based on credit.
1) After configuring your desired gaming PC click on the Checkout button
2) Fill out your contact information and shipping information
3) Choose your preferred shipping method
4) Once you get to the final page, Payment Method, it will have the option for Affirm.

Your credit or debit card may have been declined during processing. This could be due to various reasons, such as an incorrect billing address or expiration date. Authorization is conducted by an automated system that alerts our staff with a red flag distinction when there is an issue with your payment.
You will be alerted through email if CC authorization is required for your order to be processed. Please fill out and return the form provided with the correct information, either via email or fax.
