Should our Kraken all-in-one liquid cooler leak due to a manufacturing defect, we will either replace or refund you the cost of the damaged parts as per our limited warranty policy. Valid proof of purchase for the Kraken and the damaged parts are required.
In order to determine the cause of failure and whether or not the damage is covered under our limited warranty, we require you to send us the damaged parts or the entire system. In the event we determine that the damage was indeed caused by a Kraken failure, we will also cover the cost of shipping the parts to us.
