I cannot log in to my NZXT account

If you are having issues logging in to your NZXT account, please make sure that your password meets the following requirements:

• Can only contain alphanumeric characters (a-z, 0-9)
• Contains no special characters (!@#$% etc.)
• Must have at least one number (0-9)
• Must have at least one capital (A-Z) and lowercase letter (a-z)
• Must be at least 6 characters long

Why can't I log in to the NZXT CAM software?

In May of 2023, the NZXT CAM development team removed the ability to log into the NZXT CAM software.  An NZXT account is not required to use the CAM software.
