Does NZXT collect Sales Tax or Import Duties on orders?

NZXT is legally obligated to charge the appropriate sales tax for your purchase based on the delivery address provided at checkout, not the billing address.  These taxes may include Federal, State, and Municipal (county and city level) taxes for your area, as well as appropriate recycling and processing fees.

Are there any additional Customs Fees or Duties if I order an NZXT Gaming PC or product to be shipped to another country such as Canada?

If an NZXT order is purchased to be shipped to another country such as Canada, it is very likely that you may receive a notification from the shipping courier about required Customs Fees or Import Duties.  You will be required to cover this cost prior to delivery, as this is a legal obligation in the receiving country.  These fees can range depending on the country or province of receipt, with an average of 10-15% of the purchase price being common.

NZXT does not accept or collect pre-payment of these fees prior to delivery, with the collection being handled by the last-mile courier or directly through your country's import authority (i.e. Customs).

Shipping times provided at checkout do not include any delays caused by customs or import processing.
