BLITZ MODE is an additional service that can be selected before checkout to expedite the assembly and testing of your Gaming PC, skipping the normal wait line and jumping to the front of the queue. To qualify for BLITZ MODE, your order must be placed and confirmed before 11:00 AM PT during normal business days (Monday - Friday).
If your order is received after this time or during a holiday or weekend, your system will instead be processed the following business day after the order is confirmed.
What happens when I select BLITZ MODE for my order?
Once your BLITZ MODE order is confirmed, it is sent to the front of the assembly queue to be built, tested, and shipped by the end of the day. Because this process skips the normal line, we are only able to offer a limited number of BLITZ MODE slots per day and all qualifying orders must be made before the 11:00 AM PT deadline.
Does BLITZ MODE apply to Gaming Gear or Monitors?
Because Gaming Gear and Monitors may ship from a separate warehouse than your Gaming PC, we are unable to guarantee same-day shipping for orders that contain both a Gaming PC and other products such as Gaming Gear or Monitors.
I placed my order with BLITZ MODE and it did not ship on time, can I get a refund?
If you placed an order with BLITZ MODE and we missed the shipping time quoted at checkout, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance. Please note, the BLITZ MODE deadline is based on when your order is confirmed. If you place an order with BLITZ MODE and your order is delayed due to a payment or verification issue outside of NZXT's control, you will not qualify for a refund.
For any refunds, the amount refunded for BLITZ MODE will be the difference between Standard Service and BLITZ MODE at the time of purchase.
