DOKO TROUBLESHOOTING

MY CONTROLLER IS LISTED AS A SUPPORTED DEVICE BUT IS NOT BEING DETECTED BY STEAM OR ANOTHER APPLICATION?

Try running the application as well as the DOKO software in "Administrator Mode". Certain applications in Windows require administrative rights in order for USB devices to work properly in game.

MY COMPUTER IS NOT LISTED ON THE DOKO SCREEN OR THERE IS A "NO COMPUTER DETECTED" MESSAGE?

MY USB DEVICES ARE SUPPORTED BUT ARE NOT WORKING?

When installing the DOKO software, you must restart your computer after it is complete in order to properly install the USBoverIP drivers. If that did not work, try manually installing the USBoverIP drivers. The installation file will be located in your DOKO directory (Default location: Program Files (x86)/Doko) and titled "UoIPsetup". GAME OR VIDEO PERFORMANCE SEEMS SLOWER THAN 30FPS OR THE GAME IS OPERATING AT LESS THAN NORMAL GAME SPEEDS?

DOKO works best when games are played in full screen with v-sync off. If the game does not have a v-sync option, try toggling the "Frame Sync" option in the DOKO software settings. We've found that certain games act unexpectedly with our decoding process and require tweaking of Vsync or Frame Sync settings on the DOKO for optimal performance.

ONCE I LAUNCH A GAME I CAN HEAR AUDIO BUT THE SCREEN IS BLANK?

Try running the game in windowed mode. Unfortunately, certain games must be run in windowed mode to work properly with DOKO. This is an issue we are aware of and are currently trying to address through an automatic software or firmware update.
