- Make sure your Kraken unit is connected securely to a USB 2.0 header.
- Uninstall your current CAM version and download the latest from our website (cam.nzxt.com).
- Re-install CAM and if prompted to install Asetek drivers, please answer Yes. Asetek is our partner in making the Kraken unit.
- Click on the Manage icon in the lower right corner and add Kraken and Confirm.
- Try connecting to a different USB 2.0 header if above steps don’t work.
