The Kraken x40 and x41s will fit into the case. For the X41 you will need to mount the fan above the steel panel and then the rad below it. This will be the way it will fit into the case. See the pictures below.
The Kraken x60/x61 units will need some hole modification in order to fit in the Phantom 410.
This is because the hole spacing on the Phantom 410 case is 20mm, while the Kraken utilizes a 15mm screw spacing.
You will need a small jeweler’s file and some time. Remove the motherboard and PSU from the case and start taking away a little bit of each hole set, towards each other. Once this is done, you will be able to install the Kraken inside the case.
